Mayday Restoration is searching for self-accountable, driven, and organized outside sales representatives to join our team. This is a full time, W2 position with a draw against commissions, company trucks, and benefits.

Competitive Pay structure:

• $24,000 a year SALARY
• Company Truck
• 2 weeks PTO & a generous benefits package
• Generous commission structure (6%-8% sliding Scale)
• $90K-120K OTE – Our average new hire makes $85k in the first year!

• If you are new to the roofing industry, training is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
